“Two days in darkness, in silence, in stillness, and I reclaim my power.

In the dark, I can close my eyes and open them again - nothing changes. And yet, within me, everything shifts. There’s no direction, no reflection, no outside world to shape or influence me. But inside, tides are turning. The more I surrender, the more I realize—transformation is not always loud, not always visible. Sometimes, it happens in the spaces no one else can see.

Moving from chaos to stillness, from the external to the internal, my nervous system surrenders to a quiet I have never known. Nothing to distract me. Nowhere for me to escape. It’s just me, fully alive, here in the darkness.

And in that perfect darkness, something in me awakens: My power expands, filling every corner of my being with light. I take up space, every inch, without hesitation or apology. With no mirror, I have no reflection; with no screen, I have no connection; and with no gaze upon me, I have nothing to define me. And yet, I have never felt more real.

The edges of me have never been more defined. Yet my energy moves freely, unrestrained. My body remembers its natural rhythm. My breath deepens. Time dissolves. And I meet myself in the absolute untamed essence of Now.

Nothing changes, yet everything shifts. I am untouched by the outside world, yet completely reshaped by what moves within me.

I am grateful, I am reverent, not just for the experience, but for the force it awakened that never really left me. This power—the one I buried beneath expectation, beneath noise, beneath all the ways I have made myself smaller—it’s always been mine!

Reiki 2 is a journey deeper into the understanding and experience of Reiki, where you take the next step toward becoming fully connected to the energy. It opens many new doors and opportunities, raising your personal vibration, expanding your intuitive abilities, and strengthening your intuition on a deeper level.

During this training, you will learn to use four of the sacred symbols, how to offer distance healing, group healing (both in-person and remote), a chakra balancing technique, how to send Reiki to the past and future, as well as how to cleanse and charge spaces and crystals – and much more.

Embracing the New Year with kindness towards yourself 🌷

As the calendar turns to a new year, it’s easy to feel the weight of expectations—both those imposed by society and the ones we place on ourselves. There’s a subtle yet persistent message that a new year demands a “new you,” as though you must overhaul your life overnight. But let’s pause for a moment and ask: Is this pressure truly helpful, or is it just a heavy burden disguised as motivation?

The truth is, self-improvement doesn’t have to come at the cost of your peace of mind. Growth is a process, not a sprint, and the best way to honor your goals is to approach them with patience and compassion. It’s okay if you don’t have your entire life figured out by January 1st—or even by the end of the year. There’s no rulebook that says change has to happen all at once.

Instead of setting rigid resolutions that might feel overwhelming, try focusing on intentions. Intentions allow you to acknowledge where you want to go without beating yourself up for where you currently are. Celebrate small victories along the way, and remember that progress often comes in unexpected forms.

Reiki is a beautiful and gentle healing method, where the practitioner uses hands and distant healing techniques. The Reiki energy goes through the palms of the practitioner to the client for physical, emotional, energetical, metal and/or spiritual healing.

“To witness the shift of healing in a person's eyes, is one of life’s greatest gifts, that will humble you deeply before the great mystery of life.”

Since an early age, Hesam questioned the abstract sides of life - why are we here on earth? What is the meaning of life and are there other more subtle parts of life that we can’t fully perceive with our 5 senses.

Later in life these kind of questions came to bloom even more as he went through big shifts in his life, battling illnesses in the body as well as in the mental. Depression and diagnosis turned him to alternative treatments and that is when he found the sacred plant medicines. With the guidance of the plants and nature he found his purpose and meaning in life, he came to understand some inner realities and became more accepting of the great mystery of life.

He has traveled around the world and have met inspiring people and different lineages of wisdom keepers.

Hesam is a dedicated apprentice of the plants and nature and is deeply intrigued by sound and vibration and how it affects us humans on many levels and our surroundings. He’s passion for music and nature comes through his own journey of healing and understanding of self, and as he shares his hopes for other to find their own inner truth as well.

"Follow the voice of your heart."

Josephine is a former Community and PR Manager who chose to leave the corporate world to pursue her heart's desires. A dedicated yogini, Sound Healer, Reiki Master and Cacao Ceremony facilitator. Her path is to help people land in their hearts, reconnect with their true authentic self, expanding and tapping into their highest potential. This path become clear through her own healing journey.

The journey began with yoga. Ever since the first class she took several years ago, it has been a part of her daily routine. She quickly fell in love with the practice and how it made her connect deeper with her inner self. It was a way to witness what was going on inside, leaving the external world to explore the inner landscape. Truly feeling what was present inside.

Josephine is also a birth Doula. This passion came to life when Josephine herself gave birth. She had a planned home birth with her husband Hesam, her doula and two midwives. It was a sacred welcome ceremony for their daughter and herself as a mother. She felt held, supported, safe, calm and loved. After this, her heart was longing to offer this to other women. Being there, fully present, supporting and witnessing the woman being in her full power. Trying to help create and facilitate the woman and her partner's dream birth.
