Full moon Women's Retreat

During the weekend, we focus on creating a safe and nurturing space where we can turn our gaze inward, reconnect with ourselves and our bodies, and through this, discover a deeper love for who we are. By sharing this journey with other women, we get to experience something beautiful and unique; we support and inspire one another, growing together in our personal development.

With the power of the full moon, we open specific parts of ourselves and explore our inner landscapes. This is a chance to release the old and make space for the new. To create this transformative experience, we use a variety of tools: yin yoga, flow, restorative yoga, meditation, sound healing, Reiki, breathwork, astrology, mantra, dance, sharing circles and the healing plant cacao.
